Returns Policy The Daily Comfort
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions for Returns:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original tags and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, certain health and personal care products (such as items with broken seals) cannot be returned.
How do I register a return? Please send an email to
support@thedailycomfort.co.uk containing your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address. Please note: Do not send your package back to the sender address on the parcel, as this is an international distribution centre.
Costs: The return shipping costs are your own responsibility, unless the product was delivered faulty or damaged.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 5 working days.
